Our programs are dedicated to supporting older adults and individuals with disabilities by ensuring access to nutritious food, essential resources, and meaningful social connection. Through a range of coordinated services, we help clients maintain their health, independence, and quality of life in the community. Together, these services create a comprehensive support system that nourishes both the body and spirit, helping our clients remain safe, healthy, and independent in their homes.

Daily Meal Delivery Program

We provide freshly prepared, nutritious meals delivered directly to clients’ homes on weekdays. This service ensures consistent access to balanced meals while also offering a brief wellness check and friendly interaction with our staff and volunteers.

Weekend Meal Delivery Program

To ensure clients remain food secure beyond the workweek, we offer weekend meals that are delivered in advance. These meals help bridge the gap between weekday deliveries and provide peace of mind for clients and their families.

Fresh Produce Delivery Program

In partnership with community organizations, we deliver fresh fruits, vegetables, and pantry staples directly to clients’ homes on a scheduled basis. This program promotes healthy eating and increases access to nutritious, whole foods for those with limited mobility or transportation.

Shelf-Stable Delivery Program

We maintain a supply of shelf-stable and emergency meals for clients to use during severe weather, service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. This ensures clients always have access to food when regular delivery is not possible.

Beyond The Meal: Programs & Services

Our Friendly Visit Program

Our friendly visit program focuses on reducing social isolation by providing companionship through in-person visits. Volunteers and staff offer conversation, emotional support, and an additional wellness check to help clients feel connected and cared for.

Telephone Reassurance Program

Through scheduled phone calls, volunteers and staff check in with clients to provide companionship, confirm their well-being, and identify any immediate needs or concerns. This service offers an added layer of safety and emotional support, especially for clients who live alone.

Mobile Cleaning Supply Delivery Program

We provide essential cleaning supplies directly to clients’ homes to help maintain a safe and healthy living space. This program supports clients who may have difficulty accessing or transporting these items, helping them maintain independence and hygiene.

Microwave Air & Assistance Program

We deliver microwaves and air conditioners to eligible clients who lack essential appliances needed to safely prepare meals and remain comfortable during extreme weather. This program helps ensure clients can properly heat their meals and maintain a safe living environment.
