Happy Fall! Meals on Wheels in Greater New Brunswick kicked off October with Emergency Meal deliveries, shelf stable meals just for days of inclement weather and other emergencies. We continue to look for ways to serve our seniors and are always looking for new volunteers.
One way you can help today is with our mobile cleaning supply drive. We are currently seeking donations of paper towels, toilet paper, and dish detergent. To learn more about other ways to assist our seniors and exciting happenings at Meals on Wheels in Greater New Brunswick, check out our Fall 2022 Newsletter. As always, we thank you for your ongoing service and support to our organization.
Setting the Stage for the next 50 years
Meals on Wheels programs are being stretched to provide in order to meet the diverse and growing needs of seniors.
Meals on Wheels in Greater New Brunswick has been providing more than just vital nutrition services to thousands of older adults for decades. As we mark the 50th Anniversary of Meals on Wheels amid an ever-evolving pandemic, we are taking a year-long look at the environment in which we are operating – including shifting demographics and needs, increasing funding sources and expanding services.
Be on the lookout for ways to give and to participate in our upcoming events.

Volunteers Needed: How to Get Involved
In July, Meals on Wheels in Greater New Brunswick resumed daily meal deliveries. We continue to seek new volunteers as we return to our pre-Covid daily deliveries.
As always, please contact Executive Director Shareka Fitz at mowgnb@aol.com for more information or how to volunteer.
